The Monroe Condominium is being developed by Monroe Street Venture, L.L.C., which is comprised of MHI-Monroe Street, L.L.C., an affiliate of Madison Homes, Inc., and INGREDUS Monroe Street, L.L.C., an affiliate of ING Real Estate. Madison Homes is a locally owned and operated real estate development firm based in McLean, Virginia. ING Real Estate is an affiliate of The ING Group, one of the largest financial service companies in the world. The Monroe Condominium represents the sixth development that Madison and ING have developed together in the Washington Metropolitan area over the last seven years.
